Returns Policy

We hope you’ll love your order from Ringwood Pharmacy but if you want to return any of it we will happily refund you for any items you return to us in an unused and resalable condition provided you notify us within 10 days of receipt. This excludes the following:
  • perishable items (e.g. baby milk)
  • medicines
  • items personalised for you
  • sealed products which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery (unless these items were damaged or faulty when delivered to you or have been incorrectly delivered)

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Once the return has been authorised you may send the product back to us with the returns note and freepost returns label provided within 21 days. Once the product has been received and checked by one of our staff, a refund will be authorised by the same method that the payment was made.  This may take up to 5 working days to reach your bank account, please contact us if it has not been received after this deadline.

Return to Store

Returning all or part of your order to store is easy; all you need to do is bring the following:

  • Dispatch note/ order invoice (this is sent with your order inside the box)
  • The payment card used to place the order (if payment was made with PayPal then bring the payment card attached to the PayPal account)

Return by Post

You can also easily return all or part of your order by post for free, just follow these instructions:

  • Place a returns note inside the parcel with the items you’re returning, providing your name, address, order number and reason for return
  • Attach the Freepost Returns Label provided to the outside of the parcel
  • Take the parcel to your local Post Office

When you use our Freepost Returns Label, postage is free from UK and Republic of Ireland addresses for parcels under 5kg in weight and 61cm x 46cm x 46cm in size. Any parcels that exceed the weight and size will be charged at standard Royal Mail (UK) and An Post (Republic of Ireland) charges. Make sure that you get a proof of postage receipt from the post office.

We will send you an e-mail to notify you when the refund has been processed. Please allow up to 5 working days from receipt of this email for this credit to appear on your account.
